FindASilentPartner.com Membership Agreement:

1.) You agree that you are a U.S. Citizen and are at least 18 years of age. You agree to waive all legal rights to sue the site owners for damages resulting from use of this site, the people you may meet as a result of using this site, and any business dealings that you may engage in as a result of this site. You understand that we do NOT do background checks on members. There are no annual membership fees to join. Your membership will remain intact, unless you contact us by email to cancel it.

2.) If you are contacted by another member, you MUST respond within two weeks. If you do not respond within two weeks, we have the right to delete your profile. Not checking your spam box on a regular basis is no excuse.

3.) Each membership covers one person only and is non-transferable. Under NO circumstances are you to share passwords given to you for the purpose of accessing features on this website.

4.) When posting opportunity ads on our website, you are clearly agreeing to let others contact you. While we try our best to avoid having spammers and others contact you, we cannot guarantee it. You also agree not to spam other members on our website. While we cannot guarantee that you will find investors for your specific opportunity, or opportunities that you would like to invest in, we will do our best to promote our site in a multitude of ways.

5.) We may contact you regarding membership items and occasionally offer you our own products and services. 

6.) The terms of this agreement and website features may change from time to time with or without notice.

7.) All of terms of the FindASilentPartner.com membership agreement, remain valid regardless of whether you took the time to read them or not.

3.) The cost to place a 3-month Silent Partner Opportunity Ad is $29.00.  No refunds under any circumstances.   

4.) The cost per Connection Credit is $25.00.  No refunds under any circumstances.       

5.) All of terms of the FindASilentPertner.com terms of use agreement, remain valid regardless of whether you took the time to read them or not.
